Each month we will send you a report that contains the transactions that we were not able to logically code onto your income statement. You simply make notes on the file and return it to us prior to our sending on the financial statements. This is easy and the transactions get fewer and fewer as we get to know your business.

We use Quickbooks Software to record all financial transactions for your company and we are happy to send you the entire file at the end of each month for your review. If you do not have QuickBooks, we would send your all of your ledgers and financials in either PDF format or Excel so that you can see everything we are doing on your behalf. We can use Dropbox to share private folders with you or Email to send your files to you.
